Payment: We accept cash, debit card, credit card, and most medical aids. Medical aids may cover the procedure under “therapeutic D&C” or “gynaecology.” Ask our reception for an ICD-10 code to submit. We also offer payment plans – speak to us if you need help.
*Why not R220? You may see websites advertising abortion pills for R220-R500. These are often unregistered sellers or tablets without medical supervision. Our R2000 fee includes a doctor’s consultation, ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy, medication registered with SAHPRA, pain management, antibiotics to prevent infection, and medical aftercare.
